Overview
At Earbuds.pk, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. This page explains everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver your order so there are no surprises.

Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and confirmed via confirmation call, our team begins preparing it for dispatch.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Business days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
- Dispatch cut-off: Orders confirmed before 12pm on a business day are prioritised for dispatch within the same processing window
Our stock manager verifies every order before it is handed to our dispatch team this is the step that ensures you receive a sealed, genuine product.
Delivery TimeFrame
- Karachi : 1–2 business days
- Major cities: 2–4 business days (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala etc.)
These are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather and courier delays beyond our control.

We select the most suitable courier for your location and order type at the time of dispatch.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping + No Government Tax on Prepaid orders (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Standard shipping fee applies + 4% government tax on COD
We strongly encourage prepaid payment it saves you money and often results in faster processing since payment is already confirmed.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan (see coverage area below). With COD, you pay the courier in cash at the time of delivery.
- Important COD information: A 4% government tax is applied on all COD transactions. This is a regulatory requirement and is not a fee charged by Earbuds.pk.
- Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid any delays with the courier rider.
- COD is subject to availability in your area. In some remote locations, only prepaid orders may be accepted.
Payment methods we accept for prepaid orders:
- JazzCash
- EasyPaisa
- Bank Transfer (account details provided at checkout)
Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities and towns.
We currently do NOT deliver to:
- – Gilgit-Baltistan (GB)
- – FATA / Tribal Areas
- – Remote villages without courier access

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking number directly on the courier’s website to monitor your delivery status:
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 24 hours of your expected dispatch date, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0330-6119333.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact you directly using the phone number provided at checkout. They will reattempt delivery or reschedule based on your availability.
To avoid failed deliveries:
- Ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct when placing the order
- Keep your phone reachable on your expected delivery day
- If you know you’ll be unavailable, contact us in advance so we can coordinate with the courier
If a parcel is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
Damaged OR Lost Parcels
We pack every order carefully before handing it to the courier. However, if your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
1. Do not accept the parcel if the damage is severe and the seal appears broken
2. Take a photo or video of the damaged packaging immediately
3. Contact us on WhatsApp Instantly with the photos and videos
For lost parcels (tracking shows delivered but not received), please contact us instantly so we can raise a claim with the courier on your behalf.
We will do everything in our power to resolve damaged or lost parcel cases as quickly as possible.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees delays can occur due to courier operations, weather, or regional situations outside our control
- For bulk or corporate orders (5+ units), please contact us directly on WhatsApp for a custom delivery arrangement
- International shipping is not currently available we ship within Pakistan only
