While the brand’s authorized service center handles technical repairs and replacements, Earbuds.pk is here to support you. If you ever face an issue, Register a complaint or contact us over WhatsApp and we will provide you with the direct contact details and claim process for the official service center to ensure your issue is resolved smoothly. We can also provide this service to you whenever you need assistance.
2. Return & Replacement Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or broken upon delivery.
- The product is not as described on our website.
⚠️ Note: Change of mind, personal preference, or general dissatisfaction is not covered under our return policy.
3. Return Conditions
- The item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
