1. Warranty Policy
- Earbuds.pk does not provide a direct warranty on products.
- Some brands offer official warranties; in such cases, customers can directly contact the respective brand’s support team for warranty claims.
- We will guide you with brand contact details if needed.

To secure and confirm your order, we kindly request a some payment in advance.
- Rs 500 for order amount above Rs 5,000
- Rs 1000 for order amount above Rs 8,000
- Rs 5000 for order amount above Rs 25,000
2. Return & Replacement Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is damaged or broken upon delivery.
- The product is not as described on our website.
⚠️ Note: Change of mind, personal preference, or general dissatisfaction is not covered under our return policy.
3. Return Conditions
- The item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product should be unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
- Proof of issue (like pictures or video) may be required to process your return.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method (or bank transfer) within 4–7 working days.
